The process

1. Prep the surface – Clean/strip the surface down to raw metal to ensure proper adhesion.
2. Apply powder – Use an electrostatic spray gun to charge and coat the item evenly.
3. Cure it – BAKE in an oven at a high temp—powder melts, bonds, and hardens into a seamless layer.
